Osorio was established in 2013 with English and Spanish-speaking legal services available for our clients who were seeking high quality legal representation; our firm will fight aggressively and collaborate with you to help achieve your legal goals, and are focused and committed to your case. Our firm has represented thousands of clients across various states in Immigration Courts and with Family and Employment based immigration petitions. Additionally, the attorney has litigated hundreds of motions and effectively tried cases in Immigration, Federal, State, and Municipal courts of law. We are not apprehensive about bringing a case to trial if we feel our client has not attained a fair and just adjudication of their case; and if the opportunity for settlement is no longer viable. ABOUT THE MANAGING ATTORNEY
ALBERT J. OSORIO
Albert Osorio is the founder of the law firm and primary attorney. He earned his Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Barry University in Miami, Florida, and a Juris Doctor Degree from the Birmingham School of Law.
Prior to these achievements, Mr. Osorio served honorably in the United States Marine Corps before continuing on to serve as a South Florida police officer and a former Special Agent with the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration. In addition, Mr. Osorio's career expanded into the business sector where he was employed with a Wall Street based company managing a private equity fund between 2006 and 2009. In this capacity he managed over 2 million square feet of commercial property assets, oversaw aggressive development projects, negotiated hundreds of commercial leases while enhancing portfolio value and maximizing investor returns.
